Payment Terms & Conditions
If a payment plan is selected, your deposit will be paid at the time of registration, and automatic monthly tuition payments will commence 1 month after to the card on file. You can request changes to your payment plan by emailing team@405yoga.com.
YTT Course Refund Policy is compliant with Oklahoma OAC 565:10-11-3:
All monies paid by an applicant shall be refunded if requested within 3 days after enrolling in the training. Otherwise, withdrawal before the first day of scheduled training shall result in a forfeit of $150.00.
For a student terminating training during the first week of scheduled training, the school shall retain $350.00 of the tuition.
For a student terminating training after 7 days, but within the first 25% of the course, the tuition retained by the school (or owed by the student) will total 25% of the full contract price of the course plus $150.00.
For a student terminating training after completing 26% - 50% of the course, the tuition retained by the school (or owed by the student) will total 50% of the contract price of the course plus $150.00.
A student completing more than 50% of the course will owe the full contract price of the course and is not entitled to a refund of any tuition. Refunds will be paid within 30 days of written acknowledgement of training termination.
If a student states intention to join a future training cohort, after withdrawing from originally scheduled training cohort, all the above terms still apply in reference to the originally scheduled training.
