A 200-hour certification for people who are ready to understand their practice at a whole new level — and maybe teach it to someone else. A good teacher never stops being a student. Nine weekends. One studio. A community that trains together and shows up for each other.
Takes 2 minutes to enroll · Early Bird pricing ends October 1
You need to be curious about how the practice actually works, and willing to show up — in person, for real people. There are about a million yoga teacher trainings on the internet right now. This isn't the cheap, fast one. This is the one for people who want to earn it — in the room, with real people, not alone in front of a screen.
Real teaching happens with real bodies that don't look like the one in your anatomy book, cues that don't land the way you planned, and the moment you open your mouth and forget every intelligent thought you've ever had. You'll practice all of it here, get real feedback, and try again — that's how you actually become a teacher.
Not everyone who trains with us wants to lead classes, and that's okay too! You'll still come to understand the anatomy, the philosophy, the breath, the history — why a pose feels completely different in your body, and different ways to explore it. Your personal practice and relationship with yourself will grow exponentially here.
If the goal is purely a line on a resume, the fastest and cheapest path exists elsewhere — and that's genuinely fine. This training asks more of you than a certificate requires, because we think the people leading classes should be able to actually teach, not just check the box. If that's not what you're after right now, that's okay. Come take a few classes with us instead — we'd love to have you.
This isn't just "Yoga 101" for the yoga-curious — this is an in-depth training for those who want to dive deep and LEVEL UP. This is for the ones who want to come out TRANSFORMED. In addition to a solid foundational yoga education, we give you the actual tools to share what you learn: sequencing, playlist building, teaching methodology — and we push you through the drills until you can walk into a room and know exactly what to do. You get there alongside a tight-knit group of friends and instructors who show up for you between weekends, not just during them.
Sequencing, playlist building, and teaching methodology — the tools most 200-hours skip because they're built for the "not sure I want to teach" crowd. We assume you do.
Real accountability and support from your cohort and instructors — the whole five months, not just on training days.
A small cohort means real individual guidance on your journey — not just group notes. Ask questions as they arise and work it out with experts right there to guide you.
Every training weekend blends the physical practice with the parts that actually make you effective in front of a room.
Hands-on adjustments, sequencing, and the modifications that make a pose work for every body.
Self-paced foundations online, then real practice with real bodies on training weekends.
Pranayama, meditation, and the cueing skills that make you sound like a teacher, not a script.
Training runs two weekends a month, January through May, 8:30am–5:30pm both days. Attendance on every scheduled date is required for certification — this is intentional. The relationships and hands-on skills you build in the room are the training.
Outside of weekends, plan to practice in-studio 2–3x/week, work through weekly readings, and complete a self-paced 20-hour online anatomy module.
A team built over years, not weeks — decades of combined teaching experience spanning dance, sports, and mobility; anatomy, alignment, and biology; meditation and yoga philosophy — all under one roof.
Hundreds of graduates, real reviews.
"The absolute best. I was teaching yoga before I graduated! The course was challenging but the amount of support given by not just the teachers/instructors, but the entire community is unbelievable."
"I would highly recommend 405 for anyone interested in yoga teacher training. I feel fully prepared to teach after completing this course."
"This studio and program changed my life. It's not the building or location. It's the people and the energy. This place saved me."
"Life changing experience with incredible instructors in a positive, supportive learning environment! I can't recommend the program highly enough."
"This yoga studio changed my life and helped me become a beautiful person inside out. So grateful for the community and the owner, Megan. Love this place so much."

Both options include the same training, the same manual, and the same five-month studio membership. Pick based on how you want to pay, not what you get.

Most graduates make their tuition back within the first year — often teaching as few as two classes a week.
No amount of previous experience or knowledge is required (sometimes a blank slate is a good place to start!). Our classes are athletic — the training itself and the weekly practice between weekends are physically demanding, and you'll need to be able to keep up. If you're unsure whether or not it's a good fit, come take a class or two first to catch the vibe, or book a Q&A call and we'll talk it through honestly.
Attendance on all nine weekends is required for certification, but we understand life happens — there's a small amount of flexibility built in for unavoidable absences. If you know of a scheduling conflict before you enroll, book a Q&A call so we can help you plan around it.

Yes — this is a 200-hour Yoga Alliance registered curriculum, recognized worldwide, not just nationally. We have local graduates who've gone on to teach all over the globe.
"I take the responsibility of putting my name — and 405's — behind everyone who trains with us seriously. If there's a small voice in you saying maybe someday — someday is allowed to be now."— Megan, Owner & Training Director, 405 YOGA
