TRAINING SCHEDULE:
Training occurs on the following select weekends (Sat & Sun) in January through May 2025
Attendance on ALL scheduled dates is required for certification:

Training Hours:
8:30am - 5:30pm both days of the scheduled weekends above (all hours required).
In addition to required training weekends, Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) students are expected to practice in 405 YOGA studio classes (not livestream) 2-3 times a week on average (yoga is an experiential practice!), as well as set aside time for weekly readings and assignments.
The vast majority of the training is done in person - we believe this is essential to learning to craft amazing experiences as a teacher.
All dates & hours listed above are on location at 405 YOGA OKC.
Our program is also enhanced with an online learning platform to heighten the learning experience. As some online learning hours are required, access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone will be needed.
