405 POWER FLOW

Our Power Flow Yoga classes offer a one-breath per movement, continuous flow that’s challenging and energetic, and explore a variety of sequences, variations and transitions.  You’ll have options to adjust the sequence to create a practice that feels good and safe in your body.  Each time you come to your mat, you’ll have the chance to lose yourself in a dynamic sequence only to find yourself relaxed and at ease post savasana (post flow rest).

405 Foundations (Level 1)- 405’s Foundations is an introduction to breath-based movement and the postures and sequence structure of our Power Flow Yoga.  Spend time breaking down the basics and learning the tools to build your yoga practice. Energetic playlist and great community vibe every time.

Power Flow (Level 2)- Power Flow Yoga (Level 2)- 405’s Power Flow Yoga Level 2 is a continuous flow of breath-based movements that builds on our all levels class, offering the same opportunity to build strength, flexibility and options to create a practice that feels good and safe for your body. In Level 2, you’ll explore additional variations to our basic power postures, new ways to transition, and creating different shapes.  Enjoy creative sequencing and energetic playlists that vary per instructor, but that same great community vibe every time.

Power Flow Express (All Levels))- Strong. Sweaty. Powerful. 405’s Power Flow Yoga is a continuous 50 minute flow full of breath-based movements that builds strength, flexibility, and allows you options to create a practice that feels good and safe for your body. Enjoy creative sequencing and energetic playlists that vary per instructor, but with that same great community vibe every time.


ROCKET YOGA

Our Rocket Yoga classes follow a series of routines, rooted in the Ashtanga yoga method, developed by Larry Schultz.  These sequences are composed of poses from the primary and intermediate series of Ashtanga, and include key postures from the 3rd and 4th series. We practice Rocket 1 on Mondays, Thursdays and Sundays and Rocket 2 on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.  On Fridays, we practice Rocket 3 (called the “Rocket Yoga Happy Hour”) because it is a 90 minute routine which combines Rocket 1 and Rocket 2 routines together (a “two-for-one happy hour special”).   Students are encouraged to explore adding their own “daffodils” (as Larry called them), which are variations to the base routines.  Rocket Yoga was named by Bob Weir of the Grateful Dead, who said “It gets you there faster!"

Rocket Happy Hour (Level 2) *90 Minutes - “Two for one special”. Rocket Happy Hour is a 90 minute combination of the Rocket 1 and Rocket 2 routines, rooted in the Ashtanga yoga method, and sequenced by Larry Schultz. Prepare and open the body systematically to try the energetic arm balances and inversions sprinkled throughout the sequences, including options to create a practice that feels good and safe for your body. Enjoy energetic playlists and supportive environment to grow your practice, but the the same great community vibe every time.

Rocket Yoga (Level 2) *75 Minutes- “It gets you there faster”. Rocket Yoga (Level 2) is a 75 minute routine, rooted in the Ashtanga yoga method, and sequenced by Larry Schultz. RESTORATIVE OFFERINGS

Sweaty and Slow Flow Yoga-  Slow Burn.  Move at a slower pace and feel the burn as you hold postures longer than our traditional Power Flow Yoga.

Yin Yoga- 405’s Yin Yoga is 60 minutes of pure TLC for your body, tapping into your deep connective tissues, ligaments, tendons and fascia through passive stretching. Enjoy a prop supported sequence and relaxing playlist that vary per instructor, but with that same great community vibe every time.


SPECIAL CLASSES

Abs & Assets (All Levels)- Strong. Sweaty.
