Basic Rocket Yoga- 405's Basic Rocket Yoga provides a moderate-paced flow that is supportive and sweaty, giving you the opportunity to do what feels good in your body. You'll learn breath technique (Pranayama), Sun Salutations (Surya Namaskar A & B), The Rocket standing series, The Rocket seated series and transitions, preparation for arm balances, and the Ashtanga Finishing series. Ample modifications and a flow through the basics make this perfect for both beginners and regular yogis in preparation for 405's Rocket Yoga classes.
Rocket Yoga 60 Minutes- Quick launch! This is Rocket Yoga in 60 minutes. Practice a moderately paced series of postures based on Rocket I, II, and III. Expect sweaty flows, inversions, arm balances, and binds.
Rocket I Yoga- Rocket I is an intermediate practice, including variations of poses from the first and second series of the Ashtanga yoga system. Rocket I focuses on strengthening the legs, shoulders, abdominals, and flexibility. Be ready to move a bit faster and get a lot stronger. It is accessible to all who want a challenge in their practice. We will work with all levels of experience to make the class appropriate.
Rocket II Yoga - An intermediate series including variations of poses from the second and third series of the Ashtanga yoga system. Rocket II focuses on strength poses, backbends, and hip openers. It is accessible to all who want a challenge in their practice. We will work with all levels of experience to make the class appropriate.
Rocket III Yoga- The Original Happy Hour - a two for one special! Rocket III is an intermediate to advanced series, including a mixing of postures from Rocket I and Rocket II routines, taught at a fast pace to complete a sequence of 90 postures in 90 minutes. The Rocket III is a high-energy class that leaves the body charged with energy. It is accessible to all who want a challenge in their practice. We will work with all levels of experience to make the class appropriate.
